- Open Island Koala from the new icon and sign in.

- Open Safari and visit islandkoala.com/ik/app.
- Tap Share (the square with an upward arrow).
- Choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add. If offered, keep Open as Web App enabled.
- Open the new Island Koala icon and sign in.

Do I need the App Store or Google Play?
Install this app from your browser using the steps above. It opens in its own app window from your home screen.
Do I need to pay again on my phone?
No. Sign in with the same account. Your Premium access, conversations and vocabulary are shared across devices.
Does it work offline?
Island Koala needs an internet connection for conversations, feedback and audio.
Why is my microphone not working?
Allow microphone access when prompted. If you previously blocked it, open your browser or device settings and allow microphone access for Island Koala, then reopen the app.
I cannot find the install option.
Open the page directly in Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone/iPad. A browser inside an email or social media app may hide installation controls. If you already installed Island Koala, look for its icon on your home screen.
How do updates work?
Connect to the internet and reopen Island Koala to load updates. No separate app-store download is needed.
